Information stored locally

你导入的 PDF、EPUB 文件，以及由这些文件产生的文档名称、阅读进度、知识点、知识关系、思维导图位置和应用设置，保存在你的设备本地。

Imported PDF and EPUB files, together with document names, reading progress, knowledge points, relationships, mind-map positions, and app settings created from those files, are stored locally on your device.

本应用不会在后台自动上传你的完整文档。删除资料时，本应用会同时删除其本地文件及关联的知识点、关系和学习轨迹。卸载本应用也会移除应用容器内保存的数据，但系统备份的处理受你的 Apple 设备和 iCloud 设置约束。

The App does not automatically upload your complete documents in the background. Deleting a document also deletes its local file and associated knowledge points, relationships, and learning traces. Uninstalling the App removes data stored in its app container, while system backups remain subject to your Apple device and iCloud settings.

OCR 与文档处理

OCR and document processing

PDF 文字提取、页面显示及 OCR 文字识别使用设备上的 Apple 系统框架完成。除非你主动使用 AI 功能，否则 OCR 结果和文档内容不会因这些本地处理操作而发送给第三方。

PDF text extraction, page display, and OCR text recognition use Apple system frameworks on your device. Unless you actively use an AI feature, OCR results and document content are not sent to a third party as a result of these local processing operations.

Third-party AI services

AI 功能由你在“设置 → AI 大模型设置”中自行配置的第三方服务提供。本应用会把你主动选择的文字、必要的文档上下文、框选图片、提示词、模型名称及生成参数发送到你配置的 API 地址，以生成知识点内容或测试连接。

AI features are provided by the third-party service you configure under Settings → AI Model Settings. To generate knowledge content or test a connection, the App sends the text you select, necessary document context, selected images, prompts, model name, and generation parameters to the API address you configure.

你的 API 地址、模型设置和 API Key 保存在设备本地。发起 AI 请求时，API Key 会作为认证信息发送给相应的第三方服务。本应用开发者不会代你创建 AI 账号，也不会控制该服务如何保存、使用或删除请求数据。

Your API address, model settings, and API key are stored locally on your device. When an AI request is made, the API key is sent to the selected third-party service for authentication. The App developer does not create the AI account for you and does not control how that service retains, uses, or deletes request data.

使用 AI 功能前，请阅读所选服务商的隐私政策和服务条款，不要发送敏感个人信息、机密资料或你无权分享的内容。你可以停止使用 AI 功能，或在设置中删除相关连接信息。

Before using an AI feature, review the selected provider’s privacy policy and terms. Do not send sensitive personal information, confidential materials, or content you are not authorized to share. You can stop using AI features or remove the related connection information in Settings.

意见反馈

Feedback

当你主动提交意见反馈时，本应用会向反馈服务发送一个随机生成的本地用户标识、反馈类型、反馈内容和设备平台类型，并从该服务获取对应的回复记录。这些信息仅用于处理问题、回复咨询及改进产品，不用于广告或跨应用追踪。

When you submit feedback, the App sends a randomly generated local user identifier, feedback type, feedback content, and device platform type to the feedback service, and retrieves the associated reply history. This information is used only to handle issues, respond to inquiries, and improve the product. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

请不要在反馈内容中填写密码、API Key、身份证件号码、金融信息或其他不必要的敏感信息。

Do not include passwords, API keys, identity document numbers, financial information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in feedback.

会员登录与认证

Membership sign-in and verification

当你主动点击手机号登录/注册时，本应用会调用阿里云融合认证 SDK，并申请读取手机状态权限，用于识别运营商网络和完成本机号码认证。SDK 可能处理设备、网络、应用包名和签名等认证所必需的信息。

When you choose phone sign-in or registration, the App invokes Alibaba Cloud Fusion Authentication and requests phone-state permission to identify the carrier network and verify the local number. The SDK may process device, network, app package, and signature information required for verification.

认证 Token 会发送到 Cairnbook 服务端，再由服务端向阿里云校验并换取手机号。手机号用于创建和识别会员账号；登录令牌经 Android Keystore 加密后保存在设备本地。你可以拒绝权限或不使用会员功能，不影响本地资料阅读等基础功能。

The verification token is sent to the Cairnbook server, which validates it with Alibaba Cloud and retrieves the phone number. The phone number creates and identifies the membership account. The sign-in token is encrypted with Android Keystore and stored locally. You may deny permission or avoid membership without affecting basic local document features.

权限、广告与追踪

Permissions, advertising, and tracking

本应用通过系统文件选择器访问你主动选择的 PDF 或 EPUB 文件，不会浏览未由你选择的其他文件。应用声明互联网、网络状态和读取手机状态权限；读取手机状态权限仅在你主动使用手机号认证时申请。本应用目前不包含广告 SDK，不使用广告标识符，也不进行跨应用或跨网站追踪。

The App accesses only PDF or EPUB files that you choose through the system file picker and does not browse files you have not selected. It declares internet, network-state, and phone-state permissions; phone-state permission is requested only when you initiate phone verification. The App contains no advertising SDK, does not use an advertising identifier, and does not track you across apps or websites.

数据安全与保留

Data security and retention

我们采取与本应用规模和数据性质相适应的措施保护信息，但任何存储或网络传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。第三方 AI 服务和反馈服务的数据保留期限由其实际处理方式及适用法律决定。

We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the scale of the App, but no storage or network transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Retention by third-party AI and feedback services depends on their actual practices and applicable law.

儿童隐私

Children’s privacy

本应用不会主动要求用户提供年龄、真实姓名或联系方式，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。监护人应指导未成年人谨慎使用第三方 AI 和反馈功能，避免提交个人或敏感信息。

The App does not request age, real name, or contact details and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Guardians should guide minors in using third-party AI and feedback features and help them avoid submitting personal or sensitive information.

你的选择与权利

Your choices and rights

你可以删除已导入的资料和关联学习数据、停止使用 AI 功能，或卸载本应用以删除应用容器内的数据。如需查询、更正或删除已经提交的反馈信息，可通过“设置 → 意见反馈”联系我们并说明请求。

You may delete imported materials and associated learning data, stop using AI features, or uninstall the App to remove data from its app container. To request access, correction, or deletion of previously submitted feedback, contact us through Settings → Feedback and describe your request.

政策更新

Changes to this policy

本政策可能随着功能、服务或法律要求的变化而更新。更新后的政策会在本页面发布，并标明新的生效日期；如有重大变化，我们会通过应用内适当方式提示。

This policy may be updated as features, services, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We will provide an appropriate in-app notice for material changes.
